Personal Social Adjustment Training (PSAT) and Job Readiness Training (JRT)

Personal Social Adjustment Training (PSAT)

PSAT is a structured class designed to meet the unique needs of each individual and address a variety of vocational impediments.  This service is specifically designed to address work-related behaviors that inhibit clients’ abilities to successfully search for a job and achieve and maintain employment.

Job Readiness Training (JRT)

In this structured group training program, clients build the practical and behavioral skill-set necessary to conduct a job search and obtain competitive and sometimes supported employment. The curriculum focuses on teaching clients the appropriate strategies, tactics, and behaviors that can help in finding and securing long-term employment.
