Residential Coordinator - Touchstone Neurorecovery Center

Job Information

  • Assist the Residential Administrator with resolving resident grievances.
  • Complies with and ensures staff follows Special Supervision guidelines as per policy and procedures including appropriate documentation of same.
  • Assists the Residential Administrator with individual program / department matters.
  • Assists with management of appropriate staffing standards as per census guidelines.
  • Assists with management of staffing budget, i.e., utilizing ADP payroll system, maintaining overtime, correcting missed punches within a timely manner, completion of ALL ‘blue sheets” as required.
  • Assists with management of departmental PAR levels of supplies and equipment.
  • Provides assistance to Residential Administrator to ensure licensed residential home remains compliant regarding regulatory requirements. 
  • Demonstrates knowledge of individual residents’ histories, current progress and personal issues or difficulties and ensures staff is knowledgeable of same.
  • Demonstrates both problem solving and problem prevention skills.
  • Reports all resident clinical and/or programmatic concerns to the proper personnel.
  • Provides assistance to Residential Administrator to ensure collection of program evaluation data on time in accordance with administrative guidelines.
  • Provides assistance to Residential Administrator to ensure the completion and follow up of work orders as per company policy.
  • Follows TNC policy regarding proper use of ALL resident debit cards, purchases and receipts.
  • Available via cell phone to manage issues pertaining to staff schedules, call-offs etc.
  • Assist with proper implementation of corrective actions as needed.
  • Assist the Residential Administrator with feedback regarding proper completion of annual staff evaluations.
  • Assist with transporting residents; i.e., admissions pick up, discharge location, outings, medical appointments, etc.

Job Requirements


• Minimum of one year experience in personal care home setting preferably with TBI patients.
• Minimum one year management and/or supervisory experience.


• Must be certified in CPR / First Aid, and CPI.
• Must be knowledgeable of and practice Infection control and Universal Precautions at all times.
• Must have a tuberculosis test (within 14 days of employment) and be tested on an annual basis thereafter.
• Must pass a criminal background test on an annual basis.
• Must have a clear MVR and complete TNC driver’s certification within a 90-day period.
• Must maintain current certification licensure in good standing, if applicable, during employment with the facility

Education Required

• High School diploma required. College degree preferred.
• Must be a Certified Assisted Living Manager within three months of employment.
