Bilingual Services


Meeting the needs of Spanish-speaking residents and their families is an important goal for the treatment team at Touchstone.  Each Spanish-speaking resident and their family is assigned to a Spanish-speaking case manager.  This facilitates open communication and fosters clear lines of communication to maximize the effectiveness of our programs for each resident.  In addition, direct care staff and program facilitators that speak Spanish assist the resident throughout their daily programming.  All staff at Touchstone Neurorecovery Center receive annual training in cultural competency so that they can meet all patients’ and families’ expectation for care and understanding. 


The facility maintains a contract with Language Line in order to utilize translation services in over 300 other languages as needed for patients and/or family members.
