disaster
authorities
to provide
patient
placement
from
evacuated
areas.
Pre-storm
planning
enabled
all
facilities
to
successfully
rely on
generators
when power
outages
occurred
because of
the storm.

comforted
patients
and
families
during the
storm and
worked
quickly to
return
hospital
operations
to
normal.
