Nexus Health Systems, Inc. (“Nexus”) today announced that it has mutually agreed with Select Medical Corporation (“Select”) to terminate the Stock Purchase Agreement dated March 26, 2007, pursuant to which Nexus was to sell substantially all of its assets to Select.
